Chris Cayzer, Filipino-Australian singer, recently auditioned for the 4th season of The X Factor Australia. The former recording artist of Warner Music Philippines received a standing ovation from judge Mel B. (of Spice Girls).
Channel Seven Australia aired the episode in which Cayzer performed “A Thousand Miles” by Vanessa Carlton. He gained yes from 3 out of the 4 judges. Guy Sebastian (winner of the first Australian Idol) wasn’t blown away by Cayzer . However, Ronan Keating, Natalie Bassingthwaighte and Mel B. were in agreement to put him through; allowing him to move onto bootcamp under the category of “Over 25″.
